この度、グリーンブルー株式会社（代表取締役社長：杉本健司）は、新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の感染拡大によるリスク軽減と従業員ならびに関係者の皆様の安全確保を目的として、2020年４月6日（月）より従業員を対象としたテレワーク体制をとらせて頂きます。

【実施概要】
１．従業員の安全の確保と感染拡大の防止のため以下の対策を実施します。
　　在宅勤務が可能な従業員については、原則テレワークとします。

２．弊社へのお問合せについて
通年の大気常時監視業務や環境調査業務をご依頼頂いておりますお客様におかれましては、テレワーク対応期間中も緊急のお問合せ方法などは平常と変わりません。
一方、代表及び営業開発部直通、各営業所の電話は受け付けておりますが、テレワーク体制に伴って、電話応答やフォームからの問合せ対応に時間がかかる場合がございます。
ご迷惑をおかけしますが、予めご了承いただけますようお願い致します。

３．実施期間
開始日：2020年４月6日（月）～　※状況によって終了時期を設定します

今後も弊社従業員ならびに関係の皆様の安全確保を最優先し、必要な対策を実施してまいります。

Green Blue Corporation (Representative director and president: Kenji SUGIMOTO), respectfully announce that we take the telework system of our employees for the purpose of risk reduction by the spread infection of the new corona-virus (COVID-19) and ensuring safety of the employee and the people concerned, starting from April 6th, 2020.

【Summary of Implementation】
1. We carry out the following measures for securing the safety of the employees and for preventing the infection spread.
The employees who are possible to work at remote locations, the “telework” will be adopted in principle.

2. The Inquiries to Us
In case of the customers who have contracted in the year-round ambient air monitoring and the environmental research studies, the urgent inquiries can be listened respectfully at the same contact address as usual even in the telework-measure period.
On the other hand, we accept your call at the corporate main phone, the direct number of sales division, and the phones of each local offices, but we might ask extra time to reply to the phone calls and the inquiries to the inquiry function from our web site because of our telework formation.
We apologize for your inconvenience, but I would appreciate your understanding in advance.

3. The Period of Implementation
The starting date: April 6th, 2020  ※End of period will be set depends on the situation
